Order Processing Time
Our boots and shoes are typically made-to-order, with a production timeline of up to 30 days before shipment. This allows us to maintain the highest craftsmanship standards for every pair.

Shipping Coverage
We ship both within the Philippines and internationally.

Philippine Shipping

Metro Manila:

• Lalamove (Same/Next Day Delivery): Orders can be shipped within 24 hours after production is completed.
• J&T Express: Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days.

Provincial Areas:

• Visayas: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days
• Mindanao: Estimated delivery is up to 10 business days

International Shipping

For international orders, we ship via DHL Express (Air Shipping).

• Estimated delivery time is within 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are shouldered by the customer. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.
